Shipping policy


1. Pre-Order Duration:

Pre-orders for our upcoming collections will be available for a two week period.

2. Estimated Shipping Date:

The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be clearly communicated on the product page and confirmation email. The site will be open for two weeks, all orders will be shipped to me then I will ship them out to you. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as production delays or other issues may affect the shipping timeline. We will keep you informed of any changes to the estimated shipping date.

3. Order Confirmation:

Once your pre-order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, including the estimated shipping date. Please review this information carefully, and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4. Payment:

Payment for pre-ordered items will be processed at the time of purchase. This ensures your reservation and helps us manage the production process more efficiently.

5. Shipping Method:

All pre-ordered items will be shipped using our standard shipping method unless otherwise specified. 

6. Multiple Items in One Order:

If your order includes both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available. If you would like the in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us, and we can arrange for additional shipping with applicable fees.

7. Address Changes:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the pre-order. If you need to make changes to your address, contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are not responsible for items shipped to the incorrect address if not notified promptly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds:

Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed. In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation of a pre-order by [Your Company Name], a full refund will be issued.
